In order to meet our goals, we also need to change how we do some things. We will put a lot of focus on execution, on becoming faster and less complicated by trusting our employees and subject matter experts to make the right decisions. We now that to succeed we need to retain, develop and attract the best talents in our industry by investing in our people. And given the competitive marketplace in which we operate we need to run our businesses efficiently, grow our operating earnings and ensure that we use our capital effectively.
These choices ensure that the next chapter of our strategy will be successful. They also mean that we all will need to adapt to changes in the business, which are necessary if we are to evolve as a company and take the next step in our evolution as a global shipping business.
